Coconut Macaroons

14 oz pkg of Sweetened Flake Coconut 2/3 Cup Sugar

6 Tablespoons Flour

4 Egg Whites

1 Teaspoon Almond Extract

    1. Preheat oven to 325

    2. Combine dry ingredients in a large mixing bowl.

    3. Stir in egg whites and almond extract until well blended.

    4. Drop by Tablespoons onto grease and floured cookie sheets.

    5. Bake for 20 minutes or until edges of cookies are golden brown.

    6. Immediately remove from pan and cool completely on wire racks.
