Easy Cherry Cheesecake
I started using this recipe in the early 70's; it was quick and easy, and always turned out good...Wendy
1 graham cracker crust (See recipe below, or just use a Keebler Graham Cracker Pie Crust from the store.)
8 oz. package of cream cheese (softened)
1 can eagle brand sweetened condensed milk
1/2 cup lemon juice
Beat softened cream cheese while adding condensed milk slowly until smooth.
Beat in lemon juice and vanilla.
Pour into the graham cracker crust.
Chill a couple of hours until set.
Top with 1 can cherry pie filling and serve.
Graham Cracker Crust
1 3/4 cup cracker crumbs
3 tbsp sugar
1/2 cup (scant) melted butter
Combine ingredients- blend well and press into large pie pan
Bake at 350 for 10 minutes.
Remove from oven and cool before filling.
Or just used one of those Keebler Graham Cracker Pie Crusts from the store!
