Butterballs

 

1 cup butter

1/2 tsp salt

1 cup powdered sugar

1 tsp vanilla

1-2 cups ground almonds or pecans

2 cups flour

 

Cream butter; add sugar & salt and cream.

Stir in nuts and vanilla. Add flour gradually.

Shape into balls place on ungreased cookie sheet.

Bake at 325 for 15-18 minutes

Roll warm balls in powdered sugar.
