1 cup firmly packed brown sugar
3/4 cup granulated sugar
1 1/4cup water
1 cup whey protein powder
3 egg whites, lightly beaten
3 Tbsp. vegetable oil (I use coconut oil or peanut oil for flavor)
3 tsp. vanilla
2 1/2 cups ground oatmeal flour
1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp baking powder
1 1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp. salt (optional)
4 cups QuakerŽ Oats (quick or old fashioned, uncooked)

Heat oven to 350°F.
In large bowl, combine sugars, water,
protein powder, egg whites, oil, milk, and vanilla; mix well. In medium
bowl, combine flour, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt; mix well.
Stir in oats and fruit/nuts/chips.
Line a jelly roll pan with aluminum
foil. Spread dough onto bottom of pan.
Bake 45 minutes or until light golden
